- How can health research dollars be optimally allocated when considering the long run cost-of-care impacts? What is the optimal channeling mechanism?
- How large are prescription drug price elasticities? How do the elasticities change with the introduction of a new technology (such as a more efficient method of taking the drugs)? With the introduction of generics?
- Why does prescription drug usage vary across different geographical regions?
